Anisotropic ferrite magnetic powder is used in manufacturing sintered ferrite magnets of medium energy. Typical applications includes medium and lower class micro-motor and holding devices. Compared with Anisotropic ferrite powder, the isotropic ferrite magnetic powder is suitable for manufacturing sintered ferrite magnets with lower energy product. Typical applications includes lower class micro-motor and advertisement, stationery etc.
Fluidity as an important factor of ferrite magnetic powder affects compactedness and padding speed in moulds. Inferior compactedness will directly have bad influence upon density and quality of finished products. Ferrite magnetic powder for dry pressing should have better fluidity. Unimagnet adopts classified grinding technology in pelletizing procedure, the granularity distribution is limited between 0.14 and 0.16 micron, which insures coherence of particle size and improves fluidity of ferrite powder.
