Flexible magnetic rolls and magnetic sheets are made by strontium or barium magnetic ferrite powder mixed with additive by certain proportion, passing through mixers and a pair roller for preliminary lamination, finally after agglomerated process will produce final products. Magnetic rolls and magnetic sheets are mainly applied for advertising, decoration and artworks.
To protect the surface and increase shininess of flexible magnetic rolls and sheets, UV coating is adopted. Particularly, for exceptional outdoor weatherability and anti-stick when stacked on, Vinyl(PVC) and Pressure Sensitive Adhesive(PSA) backing is adopted as well ,and various colors can be freely chose by customers.
Flexible Magnetic rolls and magnetic sheets have good machinability which can be easily bent, folded, and punched without reducing magnetic energy. Magnetic rolls can be cut into magnetic sheets,Unimagnet provides A4 and A3 size of magnetic sheets which are especially for direct printing.
